Reservations and deposit<\/h3>

For all procedures<\/strong> A deposit of an amount of 25% of the value of the service<\/strong>. The deposit serves to guarantee your time and engages the time of our team especially for you.<\/p>

After confirming the reservation, the deposit should be sent on the same day<\/strong>, and the payment is expected to be made by the end of the day<\/strong>. In case of unfinished payment within this period, The time is automatically canceled.<\/strong>.<\/p>

Cancellation and overwriting<\/h3>

In the case of Cancellation or over-recording up to 48 hours before<\/strong>, the deposit is recoverable<\/strong> or it can be transferred to a new date.<\/p>

In case of cancellation or change less than 48 hours before<\/strong>, the deposit Staying for the Salon<\/strong> as compensation for the reserved time. In this case, the new time is recorded with new deposit<\/strong>.<\/p>

Non-appearance<\/h3>

In case of non-appearance without prior warning, the salon withholding the deposit of 25%<\/strong>. Additional charge 25 more% of the value of the service<\/strong> as a fee for non-appearance without notice.<\/p>

Punctuality<\/h3>

Hours are planned according to the specific duration of the services in order to run calmly and without tension.<\/p>

We can accept a delay until 15 minutes<\/strong>, but in the event of a longer delay, we reserve the right to shorten the procedure, or

Change of services<\/h3>

The salon is a working environment in which strong chemicals and sharp tools are used.
